At Otto Tiles & Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal tiles; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for all unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Packaging

Carefully repackage the tiles in their original crates or boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

Shipping

Arrange for a tracked courier service to return the goods to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items and confirms they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund minus any original delivery fees.
